You've got questions? We have answers.

Currently the phone app only works with iOS users. However, we're working on a version for Android phones this year. Until the Android app is available, users can lock and unlock their furniture through the website.

We think it is! We hate that feeling when you're not sure if you left the stove or coffee pot on... or your drawer unlocked? Double-check that your stash is secured anytime, anywhere from our app.

There are no visible locks on the furniture. There are no keys to lose, misplace or have stolen. You can connect anywhere you have internet access. You can share or revoke access to your furniture, and see who accessed the drawer last.

Plus, using an app is convenient in this day in age when our phones are never far from us. And if your phone is lost or broken, you can use your same login credentials on your computer to log in via our web app.

We hate "planned obsolesce" which is the practice of designing products to break quickly or become obsolete in the short to mid-term.

Our furniture is crafted to last lifetimes, but technology changes and improves over time. We made our system plug-and-play, allowing for major parts to be upgraded, repaired or replaced. Whether technology changes dramatically in the future, or if something breaks, it's replaceable or repairable.

We manufacture high quality, full assembled furniture, that's handcrafted in the Midwest. We select North American hardwoods, high quality hardware and drawer glides, and durable finishes. All of these details make for stunning furniture that is a joy to use, beautiful to look at and will keep your stash safe for generations to come.

Depending on what you order and our stock levels, it could take anywhere between 2-14 weeks to receive your furniture.

If you need it by a certain date, reach out through email, text or phone before your make your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and be honest if it can't be done.

Our setup is hassle-free - even for the tech-UNsavvy! You'll be up and running in 4 simples steps:

1. Download our app on the AppStore, and set up your username and password.

2. Tap the pairing button in the app to connect to your furniture using Bluetooth.

3. Navigate to settings to add your wifi credentials and hit enter.

4. Return to the furniture page to begin locking and unlocking your furniture. (But if you still need help, you can always call, email or text! We are here for you.)

There is a rechargeable battery inside the furniture that can be charged using the included charging cable and plug. You don't have to leave your furniture plugged in continuously (though you can do that if it's against a wall and near an outlet).

When it's time to charge it again, we recommend charging overnight as it takes a few hours to fully charge a depleted battery.

Depending on frequency of use, you may need to charge your furniture anywhere from monthly to a few times per year.

Our carbon filters come in a plastic bag which keeps it fresh until you're ready to use it. Once the plastic wrap is removed, you have about 6 months to 1 year before your filter needs to be replaced. We have replacement filters for a nominal fee, or you can source your own.
